Capabilities: Able to Manifest things out of thin air. Can't create if he can't see where to create it. Can use the enviorment as a medium (ex. use water to make a foot) must use hands to make the object.

Unlike the anime or manga, anyone can have any approved devil fruit. Anyone can use an approved fruit. Not just the creator. You can use fruits that are already used in One Piece with out admin approval.
