1. No pirate under 100,000 Beli bounty may enter the Grand Line per penalty of death/lost at sea.
2. A navigator with no less than 100 intelligence may enter the Grand Line. (So to enter the Grand Line you MUST have a navigator with 100 intelligence and at least one pirate in the crew with a bounty of 100,000 or more.)
3. The only way to increase bounty is to commit crimes. The bigger the crime the greater the bounty increase. (pick pocketing is a lot smaller than stealing a navy warship)
4.The higher the bounty the stronger your navy opponents will be. (If your bounty is 1, you will have weak opponents. If your bounty is 1 million, your opponents may be Admirals.)
5. Crimes committed by Marines can cause expulsion from the Marines or a bounty.
6. Those in the World Government MUST be approved first and any Marine/Navy rank ups must also be approved.
7.Rank up get stats boosts.
8.Forum users must log stories and battles with links in short summary form, in order to get credit for bounties, rank ups, and stats.
