History: No one knows where she came from, as she offers violence to anyone that pushes for the answers. She made it through her Marine training easily, and in a little known fact, joined the Navy SEALS. Her first mate, loyal and true, served at her side. On quiet nights the two can still be heard telling the stories of that time.

Called to sail the seas by more than just her orders, Lara is pulled into service by her very blood. Sailors troubled at sea are the ones that tend to call her, though none of them know that. Due to her protective nature, she has a natural hatred of pirates, as most often, those in peril are put there by the sea scum.

1. No pirate under 100,000 Beli bounty may enter the Grand Line per penalty of death/lost at sea.
2. A navigator with no less than 100 intelligence may enter the Grand Line. (So to enter the Grand Line you MUST have a navigator with 100 intelligence and at least one pirate in the crew with a bounty of 100,000 or more.)
3. The only way to increase bounty is to commit crimes. The bigger the crime the greater the bounty increase. (pick pocketing is a lot smaller than stealing a navy warship)
4.The higher the bounty the stronger your navy opponents will be. (If your bounty is 1, you will have weak opponents. If your bounty is 1 million, your opponents may be Admirals.)
5. Crimes committed by Marines can cause expulsion from the Marines or a bounty.
6. Those in the World Government MUST be approved first and any Marine/Navy rank ups must also be approved.
7.Rank up get stats boosts.
8.Forum users must log stories and battles with links in short summary form, in order to get credit for bounties, rank ups, and stats.
